- 1 / 5By Rebecca LauderdaleI ordered cookies for my kids and I at 8:25 this evening it is not 10:00 and I still don't have my cookies. The first time I called I got a phone bank who knows where. He was unprofessional and just gave me my tracking number. I hung up put in the number and nothing. I called back second rep said my order was delivered at 830 (not possible I am more then 5 min from the store). There is no local number and now we are all up later then planned because 30 to 45 min. has turned into 1.5 hours. The cookie order was supposed to be resubmitted. Even if the cookies are great I can not accept this delay, poor communication, and lack of professionalism. I may not be their target audience, but I think poor service is poor service.December 12, 2016
