  I'm sorry about the past complaints individuals have had with service. But as of today I came here, food came out so fast I wasn't even ready for it yet. Correct order, the steak I ordered was not your typical store bought steak that has been sitting on the shelf for 2-5 days. This is all greasy and amazing.

  I've frequented Logan's for the wonderful food. Unfortunately, the service here can be quite poor. At my last visit, my girlfriend ordered a 6 oz sirloin and myself an 8 oz sirloin. When I saw the bill of $46, I realized they charged her for a 6 oz fillet minion, nearly $20 vs about $11. The waiter talked to the manager and said the best they could do was just take $5 off because "since she put it in that way, that's what she ate". However, that's not what she ordered in the first place, it was the waiters mistake and I shouldn't have had to pay extra in my opinion. It was only a several dollar difference, but still rubbed me the wrong way. Time before, there was a party going on, and we had to ask for our bread WITH our food, and with 3 different people coming to our table, never even knew who our waiter was for refills etc. For better service, you're better off calling ahead for a table at Texas Roadhouse, it's a shame that the service isn't as good as the food.

  I've worked in the service industry in the past so I understand mistakes can happen and that politeness goes a long way but my last few visits have been ridiculous. On my first take out order I was missing sides dishes. On my second take out order not only was I missing sides but the meatloaf we had ordered was in pieces. After the previous experience, I was given a $20 off coupon only to then have the takeout order take over 45 minutes (restaurant was not busy). After going over the order with the hostess it was quickly known I still have missing items. And lastly later at home unwrapped my baked potato only to find no toppings I paid extra for. I understand the need to check one's own order for accuracy, but I didn't realize the need to do so with a fine toothed comb every time at the San Marcos Logan's.
