  Drive thru sucks the wait was long I was hungry af my kid was too then they gave us the wrong order wtf I got out of my car and walked up to the lady and told her that my kids kids meal was wrong that I had order nuggets not burger so she just ignored me

  This location is super busy so I realize it would be easy to make a mistake. This past Saturday, I took my girls there and they each ordered a Happy meal. One of the burgers was missing the meat Patty. I took it back to the counter and the young lady's response was "well, I didn't do it. You need to tell the cooks." Since she was a representative of McDonald's she should have owned the mistake, apologized, and just gotten us a new burger. The young man that came up & the cook that actually made the mistake were both very apologetic and quickly took care of the issue, which I appreciate. Everyone there is on the same team so the young lady definitely needs to learn better customer service.

  Drive thru orders have something missign 99% of the time. I used to come to this location every other week to buy meals for our business meetings. Every single time there was always something wrong with the order from giving me sweet teas instead of unsweetened, forgetting to add dressing and utensils when you have nothing but salads in the order. Forgetting special items in the order like extra chicken or swapping breaded chicken for grilled. It was always a mess. I even answered a McDonald's survey telling them about all the issues. I never got a response back. The staff is nice, but they need to be more careful with every order. We no longer buy our lunch items from them.
